A lesser-known set of services are mobile grooming professionals. There are now many mobile nail service techs and also mobile beauticians and barbers. You can even find mobile teeth cleaners if you look. When looking, you'll want to vet them and their ability to be slow and careful with seniors.
The County of San Diego is partnering with On the Go to operate the San Diego County Senior Transportation Program. This program provides safe and reliable transportation for older adults living in specific areas at no cost to the rider.
